As a Lead Development Executive, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads at all stages of the lead funnel.
Reporting into the Lead Development Manager, you will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of each lead through direct and indirect sales channels to final status.

What the role will entail:
- Driving the development of Germany marketing lead generation activity to support a strong and sustainable pipeline for the sales channels in Germany
- Generating regular reports of lead status
- Ensuring outbound qualification activity is in line with regulatory requirements as well as business targets and objectives
- Ensuring that EMEA CRM records are maintained, up to date and that all processing is in line with current Standard Work
- You must have strong spoken and written language fluency in German and English
- You'll have at least 6 months experience with B2B lead generation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly by telephone
- Ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate excellent time keeping and punctuality
- Experience within a high tech company
- Team leading experience

- Telemarketing supervision tools
