I am looking for a Lead Developer for a Microsoft Office 365/Teams practice and remote video SaaS solution provider.
You will work closely with Business Development and Sales to scope, design, build and deliver a balanced portfolio of AV rich SaaS and Office 365/Team centric working solutions.
You will be a hands on full-stack developer, including strong Front-End development capability and have a good understanding of UX In this role will have management responsibility for a small team of developers and one UX/UI designer.
You will be an expert developer with a proven track record of successfully building and delivering digital products (mobile and web apps and services) to market using agile methodologies.
In this role you will engage with suppliers, business stakeholders and team members to scope, plan and deliver new SaaS solutions and Microsoft Cloud projects as well as support existing solutions through continuous improvement.
You will demonstrate a passion and good understanding of key new and emerging technologies and the ability to quickly learn new technologies like Teams, SharePoint Online and Power Platforms.
I am looking for someone with good management skills, and someone who can both develop and mentor the team, and you will need to have the ability to effectively manage both in house and offshore teams.
You will have experience of application integration such as application interface or data layers; experience in modern DevOps methodologies and continuous integration and of test-driven development.
A BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent is required with a minimum of 6 years of applicable industry experience strongly preferred.
