We are a creative construction and manufacturing company and are responsible for delivering some of the most iconic projects in recent times. We are a multi-disciplined manufacturing facility spread over 12,000Sqm of estate with four manufacturing and storage facilities, engineering, fabrication, woodwork, finishing and a specialist manufacturing facility.
The joinery manufacturing capabilities at Stage One crosses a broad spectrum: from simple scenic flats to all manner of specialist scenic construction. Staging, treads and rostra through to exhibitions, shop fitting, furniture and bespoke sculptures.
Working in the Wood Workshop, supporting the Department Supervisor, you’ll carryout bench joinery tasks, leading teams and running projects through the workshop to a high standard as required. You may also be required to travel to site to assist with the installation of a project.
Apprentice trained or time served joiner, you’ll have a good standard of education, to include 5 GCSE passes or above with excellent knowledge of word materials, working with wood machinery and equipment. Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, you’ll have proven experience of shop fitting, exhibition, site, bench and bespoke joinery with the ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with a wide range of people.
