LEAD C# .NET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

£60,000 - £70,000 + BENEFITS

JOB ROLE:

In this role you will be part of the IT Business Energy Team.

You will work as part of a small agile team to design and implement new features and technologies and deliver high quality, high performance code in an agile environment.

  • A key part of the role will be the design and development of complex solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and resiliency.

  • You will provide technical direction and oversight for development projects and will provide leadership to cross-functional teams.

  • You will be developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.

    SKILLS NEEDED:

    You will need to:

  • Demonstrate significant experience and proficiency in C# programming.

  • Have experience in client/server development using .net framework and Oracle.

  • Have essential development experience in high volume transaction applications.

  • Be able and willing to mentor and coach staff in aspects of business, management and technology.

  • Have extensive technical ability, you will be highly-motivated with the talent to direct and motivate others.

  • Drive tasks to completion whilst handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
