Lead and Operations Co-Ordinator

Our Client are a fast-paced, fun and dynamic team that can offer you a fantastic opportunity to get stuck into a diverse role you can make your own!

Duties include: ·Identify and oversee the lead generation for new sites including pro-actively engaging with site freeholders and agents ·PA activity for the Managing Director and Managing Partner ·Management of small residential property portfolio ·General office administration and organisation (e.g. office filing, booking meetings) ·Answering the phone, taking messages and transferring calls ·Postal duties - including sorting, sending, using franking machine ·Procurement of office materials, stationery etc

The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, some PA/administration experience and a keen interest in new homes and property development.
