An exciting opportunity has become available for a B2C Lead Analyst who will validate & generate data for a company in Gibraltar. A market leading vendor of online lead generation looking to grow into multiple markets as well as further develop their current offering.
The ideal candidate must be confident, articulate, passionate and self-motivated. Duties will include:
- Validating customers and gathering information to qualify existing leads
- Reviewing data lists to determine prospective leads
- Handling prospective client enquiries and call forwarding to the relevant sales consultant
- Update contact information within the company's CRM
You will be working within a small team and will be responsible for your own activity including working to KPI's and targets, communicating information about calls accurately and effectively to management
You must be computer literate and have the ability to work well under pressure.
You must be prepared to hit the phones and be professional as well as having a good grasp of how the internet works.
You must be comfortable meeting regular quotas of calls and qualified opportunities.
