This enterprising role gives you the opportunity to work for one of the most innovative management companies. You will be part of a growing team to help provide data driven insight into customer trends and end user engagements with the product.

The Company

The brand is looking to expand both its UK and European presence with its new consumer loans product offering and its looking to take this live to the market in 2018. The company provides its employees with the industry leading resources to help grow its worldwide market stance.

The Role

The role entails using churn and segmentation models to evaluate and draw meaningful insight into the wide array of consumer engagements, helping to maximise ROI and increase brand engagement.

A big part of the role will be engaging with senior stakeholders to present your insight and complement their strategic decisions with your own insightful opinion, giving you a good commercial exposure. As the brand is looking to take the new product live the focus will now be on innovative customer targeting and acquisition.

Your Skills and Experience

Your skills and experience will ideally include the following:

  • SQL and SAS
  • A desirable understanding of visualisation tools such as Tableau
  • Comfortable engaging and presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience of drawing insight from propensity models
  • Customer focused and passion for understanding customer needs
