As a Commercial Service Advisor and you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Previous experience of working in a customer service position within the motor industry is preferred but the client as insisted you have some form of transport/motor trade experience. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have no more than 6 points on your licence.
Previous experience working with Kerridge or Pinnacle would also be ideal.
In return, our client offers a salary of up to £25,000 basic plus an excellent bonus scheme with earnings up to another £3,000 available and ongoing career development opportunities.
Working hours – Monday to Friday 0800-1730 and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 0800-1200
