Our leading blue chip client are currently undergoing a huge agile and flexible working transformation across the business to implement a new Agile Working Policy that promotes remote working for colleagues. This transformation will promote cultural change, location flexibility and optimise the office estate.

The concept has been agreed at high level, with the programme now fully underway to implement the new Workplace Strategy across the organisation.

The business are looking for a Programme Manager to support the head of Workplace Strategy and ensure this programme is delivered with training rolled out to colleagues.

The following experience is required from the candidate:

  • Change management background
  • Workplace Strategy experience (ideally within banking of a large blue chip)
  • Exposure to property including construction of new office environments
  • To have implemented a business strategy around remote working (this can be from any industry)
  • Agile training / delivery
  • To have worked on an agile working programme previously
  • Colleague training (writing manuals and delivering training material)
  • Coaching
  • Team management

The role will involve:

  • Line Management of Property Delivery team
  • Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to introduce agile / remote working
  • Writing and delivering training programmes
  • Analysis of the current and future state
  • Managing key stakeholders
  • Running workshops
  • Manage key implementations
  • Looks after more junior analysts

This role plays a vital part in the delivery of the company's new work place strategy. It offers exposure to senior individuals within the organisation and is working on one of their most innovative programmes within the change portfolio.
