Managing your own caseload of Wills and probate matters, this is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer to join a firm renowned for its private client expertise. There is flexibility in working hours as this role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. Full support will be provided to the successful lawyer from the firm’s highly experienced staff.

Responsibilities

- Wills
- Living Wills
- Probate
- Wills and inheritance disputes
- Powers of Attorney
- Elderly client matters
- Court of Protection matters

The Candidate

- Private client solicitors from NQ plus
- Legal executives with one years’ plus experience in Wills and probate
- Your written and spoken communication skills will be excellent
- IT proficiency is required
- Ideally, you will excel in client care
- A proactive approach
- An ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
