Established Lexcel accredited firm in South Wales seeks a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our client’s office in the Cardiff area. The successful candidate will handle a high-volume caseload consisting of residential property matters.

Responsibilities
• Freehold and leasehold properties
• Sales and purchases
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Shared ownership
• Equity release
• Obtaining Land Registry documents
• Right to buy
• Investigating titles

The Candidate
• Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work efficiently both in a team and individually
