Providing essential Paralegal and administrative support to a team of Conveyancers to ensure that sale and purchase transactions progress smoothly from instruction to post-completion, responsibilities for this role will include:
- Completion and submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
- Receiving and responding to enquiries.
- Obtaining title documents.
- Bankruptcy and land charge searches.
- Applying for searches and redemption statements.
- Preparing contracts.
- Typing documents by use of digital dictation.
Flexible and enthusiastic with a real 'can do' attitude, you will be a team player who is also happy to take on tasks and work independently. Committed to client care you will have the ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure and be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. With excellent communication and IT skills you will be professional, positive and motivated.
