A small South East London law firm are looking for a receptionist/secretary to work at their office located within a 5 minute walk of Norwood Junction Station. Day to day duties will include answering in-coming calls on the switchboard, welcoming reception visitors, passing messages on promptly and accurately either by email or telephone, dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and generally assisting with the office admin. Training will be given for any elements of the role that are specific to a law firm but applicants should have some experience of receptionist work and ideally some general office admin work as well. A good phone manner and willingness to learn are essential. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
