Law Firm / Practice Manager

Our client looks to recruit an experienced Law Firm /Practice Manager.

The position carries the following responsibilities:

•day-to-day office management

•SRA compliance & regulatory matters

•Staff recruitment and appraisals and training coordination

•Producing and implementing company's rules and policies

•Promoting and strengthen company's culture and values

•Liaising with internal /external regulators, accountants and auditors, IT and facilities

The right candidate should possess the following qualities and experience:

•At least 3 years’ experience managing a small or medium law firm

•Strong organisational and communication skills

•Strong desire to play a constructive role in the expansion of a modern law firm

•inspirational and enthusiastic

•Highly dedicated and motivated
