We are excited to be building a team of driven and committed telephony people, to join our team to provide the re-mortgage department with effective, high quality and professional Customer service, ensuring the smooth running of the department and progress of caseloads through to pre completion and post completion, whilst adhering to department processes and targets and that client and customer relationships are managed to a professional and exceptionally high standard.
