Landscape Architect

Are you a Landscape Architect seeking a part time role in South Wales?My client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Development Services team on a long term contract.Reporting into a Principal Landscape Architect, the successful candidate will provide a high quality landscape design and advisory service throughout the designated area.

Responsiblities

  • To provide landscape advise, design and supervision services.

  • To prepare and manage contracts to ensure high standards.

  • To prepare contracts, reports, grant applications, publicity and display material.

Requirements

  • Experience of delivering professional landscape design services.

  • Demonstrable experience of achievement against challenging targets.

  • Knowledge of local authority operations, regeneration and appropriate funding streams.

  • Educated to degree level in Landscape design or architecture plus diploma in Landscape Architecture.

  • To be able to work within a small multi-disciplined team.

Desirable

  • Experience in Local Government.

  • Experience of working in a regeneration context.

  • Ability to communicate in Welsh

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
