A well-established surveying consultancy is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their expert team. This company specialises in providing high-quality land and measured building surveys for clients across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.

The Land Surveyor's role

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for leading a variety of surveying projects, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. You will manage survey operations, liaise with clients, and mentor junior surveyors, all while working with cutting-edge surveying technology. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience in a dynamic environment.

The Land Surveyor

To excel as a Land Surveyor, you should have:

  • A degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in land surveying, with a proven track record in project management.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in total stations, GPS, laser scanners, and drone surveying.
  • Experience with CAD and surveying software such as AutoCAD, n4ce, or Pix4Dmatic.
  • A solid understanding of land laws, topographical mapping, and geospatial analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior staff.
