Land Planning & Partnership Assistant Manager
A Land Planning & Partnership Assistant Manager position with a house builder, based in Doncaster.
The role involves assisting and supporting in the pro-active sourcing, management and progression of land and partnership opportunities, implementing and adhering to SHEQ policy and strategy.

Assist and support to identify, assess and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business.
Provide support in regards to managing, writing and co-ordinating bid responses.
Assist in legal agreement negotiations on projects with clients and solicitors.
Assist with the delivery of Community Engagement & Investment projects throughout the Region.
Assist in developing relationships with partner organisations to create new development opportunities.
Preparation and production of regular updates and reports as required by the Head of the Department.
