Based in its office in historic market town Dorchester, Dorset, a new position has arisen at our firm for a Land Paralegal.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Land Paralegal to join the team at a highly regarded firm. Applications are encouraged from Paralegals with extensive knowledge of conveyancing procedures from inception of enquiry to post-completion. This role will be based in the firm’s Land Department, so it would be advantageous for the successful Paralegal to possess working knowledge of both residential and commercial land law. Your duties will be varied and will involve supporting Partners and other Lawyers within the department, assisting within a busy work environment. Specifically, your tasks may include: use of case management system; complex diary management; opening, closing and archiving files and; preparing legal documentation.
