Land Manager

Our quality client in Cirencester now seeks an experienced Land Manager.

The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria

• Minimum 5 years' experience gained with an agency or developer
• RICS qualified would be preferable but not essential
• Be conversant with all aspects of residential development including a good working knowledge of the planning system

The successful candidate will effectively run the land department but report to the MD; he or she will also have to work closely with their thriving New Homes team.

As well as having the relevant knowledge and experience the candidate will need to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm required to maintain and expand the profile of the department.

They are seeking a team player who can work with existing colleagues and relate to clients and developers at a senior level as well as with individuals.

Salary package OTE in the region of 35k - 50k depending on experience plus a car allowance.
