Land Manager - Residential

Are you an experienced Land Manager looking to join a company in a period of growth and and a re design in the structure of the team, leading to autonomy within your role?

My client is known for their high spec house build and leading design in the north east.

I am looking for a Land Manager who has knowledge of the residential market in the North East and who would excel with a vast and varied workload.

Responsibilities

  • As a Land Manager you will be responsible for the identification and negotiation of land and development opportunities
  • Both short and medium term in line with budget and forecast requirements
  • Duties will include liaising with land owners, agents and council
  • You will communicate with internal and external parties towards exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion
  • An active and entrapenureal spirit

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Must have worked alongside Northumberland council
  • Your key skills will include negotiation, communication, numeracy, report writing, data analysis, IT proficiency (inc MS Excel), project management and presentation skills
  • Ideally you will have a degree in a planning/property related discipline or will be qualified by relevant experience
