Land Manager - Privately owned, high quality developer - Building and Construction

Description

Initially the role will focus on the identification, assessment and acquisition of developments sites, through agents, vendors and land owners.

The post will develop depending on the business needs to take schemes through the planning phase and work closely with the development team as the project enter pre-construction and production.

Given the close knit nature of the team the role will have broad parameters and is likely to encompass many areas of the build cycle giving exposure to new areas experience.

Profile

The individual must have exceptional land purchase experience and have demonstrable track record to delivering profitable and relevant schemes. They will have a history of building strong networks externally to ensure that the company is consistently fed with quality land.

They must be able to efficiently communicate with land owners / agents as well as carry out feasibility studies and put together proposals as well as negotiating the final deals on individual sites.

It would be highly preferable for the applicants to have taken sites through planning and have worked closely with technical teams/consultants.
