I am currently recruiting for a Land Manager to be based in Buckinghamshire. The company is an established and award winning land regeneration business. They are looking to recruit a Land Manager to join there growing business.

The office is accessible by tube (Met Line) or 25 minute over ground train from Marylebone.

My client delivers through various partnership and joint venture structures, we work in collaboration with a range of partners including private landowners, commercial organisations, investors and the public sector. Growth in public sector partnerships is a strategic business objective, with investment in pursuing collaborative joint ventures with institutional landholders, such as the MOD, NHS and local authorities, alongside housing association partners. With a land bank of 6,936 plots on land owned or controlled, there portfolio of sites range in size from 50 to over 2,000 homes. As Land Manager you will be responsible for land disposals/acquisitions and will be required to support the delivery of large-scale strategic opportunities through the planning system to completion. You will manage and instruct consultants and external agents, whilst negotiating with house builders.

Salary:
* £65,000 - £75,000 (Negotiable)
* £6,500 Car Allowance,
