Our client is a successful multi branch independent Estate Agency with offices throughout Hertfordshire. They are seeking a Land and New Homes Manager to help drive this side of the business forward.

This role will involve a lot of Business Development as currently our client does not have an established New Homes division.

This is a great opportunity for a highly driven and experienced Land and New Homes Manager/ Director to make a significant impact on a business.

The role will involve:

  • Generating new business
  • Contacting developers in the local area
  • Develop the Land and New Homes team
  • Maximise profits

The successful candidate will:

  • Highly driven and motivated to make the business a success
  • Good amount of experience in the New Homes sector
  • Business generation and Managerial experience vital

In return our client can offer a basic salary between £20,000- £25,000 DOE with realistic on target earnings between £60,000- £80,000 in year 1, on target earnings increasing to over £100,000+ after year 1.
