Reporting into the Technical Manager you`ll be responsible for monitoring raw materials, work in progress and finished product safety and quality.
Carrying out chemical and microbiological analysis on products within the internal laboratory.
Sampling schedule maintenance, preparation and monitoring of results from the external microbiological lab.
Conducting internal audits within the production area, providing cover for production Quality Assurance team.
Management of certificates of analysis and conformance for customers.
Qualified with a Food Science related degree or equivalent. Experience working within a food laboratory environment.
Excellent attention to detail, with ability prioritise work load.
Excellent verbal communication skills on one to one and a group basis
