A great opportunity for a Biomedical Scientist OR a life sciences graduate with post degree commercial experience (retail/telesales) who is looking to move into a laboratory sales role!
PRODUCTS: In-vitro diagnostics products, reagents and instrumentation used in microbiology, haematology, point of care, immunology, biochemistry and some research/academic laboratories.
CUSTOMERS: Clinical and Research Laboratories
TERRITORY: Northern England - M62 corridor down to the Midlands
The role is field-based, with around 80% travel to customer sites across the region, with around 1 day per week working from home and full training is provided.

Maintain existing customer relationships
Develop and expand on new business opportunities
Assist with instrument demonstrations for customers.
Attendance at industry networking events, conferences and exhibitions
Maintain excellent knowledge of the market, competitor activity and market developments.
Life Science-based degree
Post-degree laboratory experience in a clinical setting OR with post-degree experience in a sales role (scientific or B2B/telesales/retail)
Experience in sales is preferred, however, not essential as full training is provided.
The role is suitable for people looking to move away from the laboratory into a customer-focused, commercial position.
Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate scientific products and material to customers.
