Are you and experienced Quality Administrator from a Laboratory background and looking for a new position? This position will support the Senior Quality team within the companies Laboratory Food & Beverage section and would see you using the Quality Management System (Smartsolve) to register Product Occurrence Reports (POR).
Other areas that you will be able to utilise your previous experience of include the routing of regulatory questions, tracking investigation status to ensure reporting lead times are met, create issues on Smartsolve and record all relevant documentation and information.
Obviously experience of Smartsolve is highly desirable but other Quality Management System software will still be considered. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office will be needed on a daily basis and of course you will have worked in a Quality Administrative role in a regulated industry (F&B, Biotech, Medical Devices etc.).
If you have experience of working to ISO9001 it is highly desirable and complaints handling of technical products would be a huge bonus for you in this role.
This position is a 12-month FTC to start immediately and is paying £27k-£28k, the standard hours are 9am to 5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:15pm on Friday (36.25 hours p/w). The site is located close to both major road networks (M27) and is accessible via public transport.
