We are working with an dynamic and growing business, which is keen to appoint a training and development manager. The main aim of this role is to ensure that the sales team have a strong technical understanding of the firm’s products. This will also involve ensuring that sales skills are up to date and that best practice is followed. In addition to this, duties will also include ensuring training materials and courses and kept up to date. Whilst there will be some travel involved, it is quite limited.
We are keen to speak to individuals, who have either worked in L&D or who have experience of selling investment products. RDR level 4 qualified would be preferable, but not essential. Applicants must be outstanding communicators, be empathetic in their manner, and have a real desire to ensure that best practice is followed. This is a really exciting opportunity.
