A UK based property management firm are looking for an experienced and adaptable trainer to join the L&D team. This firm manages £13bn of property in the UK, and are constantly growing in the current market,

Your new role
This role is primarily responsible for the design and delivery of training for all staff. It will focus on 50% facilitation and 50% systems knowledge - training and support for all systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and support with the rollout of new systems
  • New joiner onboarding of the corporate systems
  • Creating/updating support materials e.g. user guides and e-learning
  • Working with system owners and teams to ensure the training is inline with the business and team processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of systems facilitation
  • Confident in Google Apps and bespoke software e.g. Finance or Learning systems
  • Google Sheets or Excel Pivot tables and analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels
