New permanent job available to work in South Manchester
We are looking to recruit for a candidate for one of our clients for a specialist L&D/Talent/engagement candidate.
You will be responsible for immediately looking after and operationally delivering the apprenticeship levy strategy and also the grad scheme strategy and ensuring that you deliver on this. From there you will also pick up the engagement calendar and again manage this operationally as well as providing the business support with various L & D training programmes in particular management development programmes. This role will be actively involved in a range of OD initiatives to support the wider delivery of our People Strategy and Building Greatness, our transformational change programme.
You must have experience of the following L & D/OD type background with some engagement activities as part of your role.
Experience of running the apprenticeship levy and also managing grad schemes including experience of creating grad schemes and designing training modules for these.
The successful candidate will also be CIPD Qualified Level 5 and above or alternative HR certification and will have GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
You will also have experience of improving management capability and of leading change management projects including leading colleague forums.
You will be offered a full time permanent position with working hours of 35 per week (flexible hours to a degree) 26 days holiday, competitive company pension + further package
