L&D Manager - Insurance

This City based Insurance firm requires an experienced L&D Manager to manage 2 direct reports and be strong in curriculum management, e-learning and LMS management. Experience of structured financial technical and regulatory curriculums is essential.

Key accountabilities:
*Learning Partner for all areas of the business (Front & Back Office)
*Facilitation and moderation
*Oversight and management of mandatory regulatory training portfolio
*Budget management
*Develop and produce quarterly metrics and ROI measures for L&D initiatives across the group
*Manage the LMS transition to Workday

Essential skills & experience:
*Must have Insurance L&D experience otherwise Financial Services
*Curriculum management
*E-learning
*LMS Management
*Line management
