Job Title: L&D Manager | Health and Social Care
Location: Midlands with National Travel
L&D Manager required for an independent health and social care provider supporting vulnerable adults across a portfolio of care homes and supported living services.
We are seeking an experienced senior trainer for an exciting new L&D Manager position. Leading and managing a small team of regionally based trainers, you will be the training expert within the organisation. You will work closely with the Directors to identify training and development needs within the organisation and ensure training is developed continuously to meet both business and legislative needs.
·CTP or equivalent training qualification desirable
·Health and Social Care background, with strong knowledge of the Care Certificate, vocational qualifications and core skills
·IT competent; Powerpoint, Word and Excel
·An understanding of training design
·Understanding of operations financial constraints and be able to work within a budget
·Car driver with business insurance
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
·£47,000pa inclusive of car allowance
·Head Office / Home based with national travel
