I have just been briefed on a fantastic new L&D Business Partner opportunity with a global media business. This is a perfect role for someone dynamic and creative who has experience designing and implementing learning solutions.
This new role sits in a L&D function of 4, reporting into the Head of Learning & Development. This is a true business partnering role where you will collaborate with key stakeholders in your client group as well as the rest of the L&D and HR team. You will identify, implement and project manage development plans, facilitate and present workshops, partner with the business to enhance succession planning and conduct ongoing training needs analysis.
The business is looking for someone who has a coaching approach who is driven and commercially minded. You will be credible and will be able to identify how you can add value.

Salary - circa £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
