Your new role
You will be required to provide a high quality L&D administration service to all employees across the business, providing first line support for any general L&D matters including training and performance related queries, systems related queries, L&D policies and procedure and general L&D queries.
You will also be required to contribute in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing the processes and procedures where appropriate.
You will also be expected to provide administration support to the HR team when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working in a busy HR or L&D department and have some knowledge in relation to either of these. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment and have the confidence to take on pressured challenges.
You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office (word & excel) and have a want to become an 'expert' in relation to the learning management system.
