Due to rapid expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen within an international banking group based in Central London for a KYC specialist. Candidates must have previous experience working in a Retail Banking environment (KYC experience essential). To be considered, you must be of Graduate calibre and fluent in spoken Cantonese.
Duties to include:
- Provide high quality customer service in accordance with the bank’s policy and procedures
- Carry out full KYC reviews on new to bank customers
- Investigating of errors and complaints, finding the problem and resolving efficiently
- Supporting the middle / back office functions on ad hoc tasks
Candidates must have outstanding customer service skills and will be proficient user of MS Office to include Outlook and Excel. Candidates must have Cantonese language skills.
