KS3 Teacher - PRU

We are currently recruiting for Supply Teachers with a background in SEN, particularly with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) or experience working in a mainstream setting and wishin to transition into a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit). We are interested in speaking with Teachers who have a variety of specialisms, particularly core subjects.
Our client is a PRU based in Bradford and they are looking for teachers to teach in KS3 following a primary timetable. This would require you to teach a range of different subjects to your assigned class of students. The students are 11-14 but are mainly working at a lower level.
This role would commence in October until Christmas, with the potential to go permanent for the right member of staff.
The ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about inspiring students to achieve their full potential
Provide strong pastoral support to students who may have social or emotional issues
Have the best interests of the students at heart
Provide a good education, achieving the best possible outcomes
- Require Team Teach training (this can be provided if needed)
A KS3 - KS4 PRU based in Bradford
Work well with teachers from a KS2, P.E. or Psychology background
Cater for students with behavioural issues, mainly SEBD and SEMH
Provide a supportive environment
