KS3 Teacher required for a mainstream School for students between the ages of 13 and 14 The School provides a specialist environment alternative to mainstream education offering learners the opportunity to work with specially trained staff in small group settings.
My client school requires a KS3 Teacher that is well motivated and enthusiastic to join the supportive Education Staff Team.
We are looking for qualified teachers with a passion for working with students with additional needs or an interest in professionally developing this aspect of their work. This is a small school offering the national curriculum, so flexibility to teach a range of subjects in some circumstances may be required.
Candidates for this role will hold QTS or equivalent and will have experience in teaching at pupils with SEMH at a secondary school level. Some of the students can exhibit challenging behaviour and the successful candidate will need to show they have the ability to adopt a sensitive disposition when responding to situations where students are presenting with these difficulties.
