KS2 & KS3 Secondary Teacher in Gloucester

Monarch Education are recruiting for a KS2 teacher to work in an improving Gloucester secondary school.

This a varied role and will require you work across all subjects. You will be working with Year 7 pupils. The school are looking for a primary trained teacher who is confident working across all subjects. This role would suit a teacher who has considerable to KS2 experience and enjoys working with upper Key Stage 2.

About the Role:
* February start, until the end of the academic year
* Potential to become a permanent role
* Planning and delivering lessons to Year 7 students at a Key Stage 2/ Key Stage 3 level
* Working across all subjects
* Assessing and recording students progress, preparing reports and taking part in parental consultations
* Undergoing in-service training where required
* Observing and implementing current school policies and good practice
* Contributing the school and pupil progress
* Working with students who may be below the expected NC level for their age

About you:
* A flexible and resourceful approach
* SEN experience (there may be a variety of needs) will be useful for this role
* You will be dedicated and resilient
* Key Stage 2 teaching experience
* Excellent time management skills
* Punctual and reliable
* Creative and enthusiastic
* Strong behaviour management skills
