A vibrant independent school in Hampshire is seeking a KS2 class teacher for September 2018. This is a full time and permanent position.
This independent prep school understands the importance of education and providing a broad, stimulating and varied curriculum. Staff aim to equip students with all the necessary life skills to face an increasingly challenging adult world. The school has high expectations of every child, not just in the classroom, but in every facet of school life and every teacher motivates and supports their pupils. Independent thought is promoted, and the school encourages pupils to use the knowledge they have acquired to develop their own thoughts, ideas and opinions, with the aim of children growing in confidence and independence.
The Head is searching for an excellent classroom practitioner to teach a KS2 class. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching within KS2 and want to contribute to the wider life of the school in one of the many extracurricular activities that the school offers. You will be a team player and have very good organisational and communication skills.
