Full time KS1 Teacher required at a Large Primary School in Coventry!

This is a fantastic opportunity for NQTs and Final Year students looking to secure a placement for September 2019!

My client is a Coventry based Primary School which caters for approximately 440 pupils. Each class has a maximum 28-30 pupils and 1x TAs to provide additional support. You will be provided with weekly/ monthly mentoring sessions to discuss progress, concerns and plans.

The role includes general classroom practice, ensuring children are reaching their full potential and raising attainment.

You will be required to plan and assess pupil progress and maintain a safe learning environment.

The role is to start from September 2019 and is to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching across teaching Reception, Year 1 and/or Year 2.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

- Be a qualified teacher (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B'ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS)

- Be confident to lead independently

- Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum

- Would have previous experience teaching across KS1 (Year 1 and Year 2)

- Read Write Inc

- Previous experience planning according to individual needs

- Creative.
