To be successful in your application you must be a friendly KS1 Teacher who has been graded as 'Good' or better in recent observations with a balanced teaching style. You should be able to demonstrate creative teaching skills with the ability to engage every student.
As a Newly Qualified KS1 Teacher you will be teaching one of the KS1 classes based on your preference. You will have the opportunity to continually develop your teaching techniques through the school extensive CPD sessions on offer to all NQTS and experienced Teachers. You will be assigned a mentor to help you settle into the school and who will be able to guide and support you through your NQT year. You will become part of the creative and successful KS1 department who encourages KS1 Teacher to bring innovative ideas along to staff meetings.
