Contract: Full-Time Term Time Only

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our clients vibrant and supportive school from January 2025. This full-time role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who is eager to inspire young minds and foster a love for learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment or an experience teacher seeking a new position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of KS1 pupils, promoting high expectations and ensuring every child makes progress.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive learning experience.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, taking part in school events, clubs, and extra-curricular activities.
To be successful in this role, you should:
  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
  • Have a passion for teaching KS1 pupils and a commitment to their educational success and personal growth.
  • Be adaptable, reflective, and eager to work within a collaborative team.
  • Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
  • Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
