KS1 Primary School Teacher

A Primary School within the Birmingham area is working with Monarch Education to recruit a qualified Teacher to work in a classroom in KS1. The position will start in March 2018 on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year, the Primary School is welcoming NQT'S to apply.

The School is looking for someone who is confident to demonstrate the following experiences, you will need to have a good understanding of the national curriculum. You will be required to have an excellent knowledge on phonics' which you can implement into your teaching.

Some pupils will need extra support on reaching their learning targets, some children may have SEN or MLD this may require you too work on 1:1 level with these pupils. It is essential that you worked with a classroom full of students and have excellent communication skills with strong behaviour management skills.

It will be your responsibility that you plan assessments and record the data to ensure that there is learning progression. It is essential that you can tailor your teaching for pupils that learn at a lower ability than others.
