HR Systems Business Analyst
My client, a leading Global Consultancy, are currently looking for a Kronos Consultant to work out of their London offices on a long-term contract basis.
The Kronos Consultant is required to jointly work with the Italy HR team and Kronos Consultants who are already engaged for configuration and WIM work.
The Kronos Consultant will have to document high level Business Requirements and high level Configuration Elements such as Pay Codes, Distributions, Pay Rules etc. The candidate will interact with ADP, Italy HR and also with the SAP team in US.
The successful Kronos Consultant candidate will have the following skills:
- In depth understanding of Kronos T&A (Time & Attendance), Pay Policies and Payroll configuration
- Demonstrable experience documenting high level business requirements and configuration elements on Kronos projects/implementations
- Italian language skills are highly desirable (but not essential) as several interactions could be better done in Italian
