The Kaizen Promotion Office is currently seeking a dynamic and outstanding team member, to support the planning, implementation and delivery of the Mid Yorkshire Daily Management System (MYDMS), which is an integral component of the Trust’s Quality Improvement System (MYQIS) methodology.
The MY Management System promotes a culture of sustainable Organisational change aligned to our strategic objectives to really make a difference for our patients and staff. The methodology empowers Divisional teams and leaders to embed consistent leadership; where teams know their business and utilise continuous improvement through everyday lean management.
The post holder will support the Trust to transform the delivery of health services and achieve a seamless, effective and integrated journey for patients and users of our services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a proven track record of delivering and empowering others to change using Lean approaches and wishes to develop their skills at Mid Yorkshire.
