Kitchen porter -The role
-Assisting the chef with keeping kitchen clean and tidy
-Clearing of washing up from both kitchen and front of house.
-General Kitchen porter duties.
-Basic prep as required (occasionally not daily)
-organising the refuse areas.
-Organising the washing up areas as required.
-using of cleaning chemicals
-Knowledge of COSHH.
-Able to work 4/7 10 hour shifts (including weekends and bank holidays)
-live locally or are a driver with own car (within 15 mile radius)
-Ensuring floors are kept clean and tidy at all times.
-temp controls and putting deliveries away.
Kitchen Porter- Required experience
-At least one solid year as Kitchen porter
-Kitchen porter in professional kitchen, ideally within a care home.
-Ability to multi task and be organised.
-knowledge of COSHH
-Clean and tidy appearance.
-Able to work up to 10 hours per day (paid by hour)
-Able to work 4/7 including weekends and bank holidays.
-Experience of putting deliveries away.
