The ideal candidate will gave a track record of delivering the highest food quality whilst managing high volumes of trade.
You will be responsible for the delivery of all kitchen operations including, the overseeing of all food ordering, food prep, team management, stock control, adhering with health and hygiene regulations whilst dedicating time to develop your team. You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards and bonuses.
