Live in available - Harvester are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team at The White Hart in Hockliffe, near Leighton Buzzard, a busy restaurant and cosy pub that also benefits from a superb garden area making this venue an attractive summer destination.

You will need to be a high performing Kitchen Manager with the ability to cope with volume and be able to deliver consistent levels of guest service. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who is competent in running all aspects of a busy kitchen including recruitment, training and development of the team, excellent hygiene standards, and stock control.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or existing Kitchen Manager looking to further their career.

THE ROLE...

Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
