***Kitchen Manager, Branded Bar Operation - Cardiff - up to £21k per annum***
A Kitchen Manager position that offers a real work life balance, great rates of pay and every opportunity to progress with-in this rapidly expanding, fresh food Branded Bar & Restaurant in Cardiff.
The food quality and service are second to none and offer guests a high quality, freshly prepared meals, that are served in a friendly and relaxed environment.
You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen as Kitchen Manager you will be running a large chef team, participating in busy services, ensuring food standards are kept high, training and coaching more junior staff, making sure that guests experience fantastic food, all aspects of ordering as well as all HACCP and COSHH requirements would have to be ensured and hitting your GP target is a must.
This role is an ideal opportunity for Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie looking for their first challenge in leading a kitchen. You will need to show drive, ambition, the capability to run a high volume service effectively and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.
In return for all your hard work you will be paid a generous salary of up to 21k per annum, you will be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business.
