Kitchen Installation Co-Ordinator - Kitchen Refurbishment Company (KBB) – Bristol – Full Time - Up to £22,000 basic salary + benefits.

Kitchen Installation Co-ordinator required for our client who are the UK’ leading and award-winning Kitchen makeover company. Our client specialises in renovating existing kitchens instead of replacing, typically saving customers 50% of the cost of replacement.

Due to their continued growth and huge success they are now recruiting for a highly organised and motivated Kitchen Installation Co-ordinator to work from their Bristol branch.

The Role

  • As the Installation Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration and co-ordination of the kitchen installations.
  • You will be responsible for all the ordering and purchasing of stock – Our client works on a Just in Time (JIT) system, so this is one of the most important parts of the role.
  • Ensuring stock levels are adequate and managing surplus stock for re-sale.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee the management of all deliveries, making quality control checks and reporting any discrepancies, re-ordering where required.
  • Liaising with customers regarding delivery and installations.
  • Taking calls from customers, suppliers, sub-contractors etc.
  • Covering the showroom when required (staff holidays, busy periods etc)
  • Ensuring stockroom and showroom are tidy at all times.
  • Be a team player, helping other departments when required.
  • This is a full-time permanent role.
  • Working 9am – 5pm (can be flexible +/- 30 minutes either side)
  • You will be working from the Bristol Branch.

The Person

  • The successful Installation Co-ordinator will ideally have experience of working within the Kitchens, Bathroom or Bedrooms (KBB) industry.
  • Experience of working within a Showroom/Company is also desired e.g. Kitchens, Bathrooms, Builders Merchant, DIY Store etc.
  • You MUST have excellent administrative skills.
  • Be HIGHLY organised.
  • Experienced in ordering of stock/supplies.
  • You must be IT proficient, able to use email and in-house proprietary management system.
  • You must have excellent customer service skills with great customer facing skills.
  • This is a customer facing role at times, so you must be well presented.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Bristol branch.

  • £18,000 - £22,000 p.a (subject to experience)
